With Autopilot, creating a course with the help of AI is very easy. Thanks to Autopilot, transforming your ideas or documents into a complete e-learning course is really simple. You just need to add your prompt (a description of what you want to create) and, if you want, add the document you would like to use.
The tool automatically analyzes your prompt and document, generating the initial structure and content of the course. This gives you a ready-to-review, adjust, and customize foundation, saving you significant time when creating your courses.

Setup
To get started, click "New project" to access the creation screen. Then, in the course generation section, select the Autopilot option. This will take you to a guided workflow where you can configure your project step by step.
Creation options
In this section, you can choose from different creation options depending on the type of result you want to obtain.
Strict document
Automatically converts a Word or PDF document into a course while preserving its original structure, content, and order as much as possible.
On the main screen for this option, you will find:
File upload: upload the file that will serve as a reference for generating the course. You can upload a file in one of the following supported formats: Word or PDF. The file size can be up to 40 MB maximum.
- Course language: select the language in which the entire project will be generated.
This is the ideal option when you need to preserve already validated information, such as manuals, procedures, or regulatory compliance documentation, ensuring maximum fidelity to the source document.

Document interpretation
Analyzes the content of a PDF, Word, PowerPoint, plain text, or Markdown document and reorganizes it according to educational criteria to generate a more engaging and easy-to-follow course.
On the main screen for this option, you will find:
File upload: upload the file that will serve as a reference for generating the course. You can upload a file in one of the following supported formats: PDF, DOC, PPT, TXT, or Markdown. The file size can be up to 40 MB maximum.
Prompt text box: write instructions for the artificial intelligence, indicating the main idea of your course and any relevant details. Write a prompt with a maximum of 500 characters.
Course language: select the language in which the entire project will be generated.
This is the recommended option when the original content is technical or poorly structured and you want to improve the learning experience without having to design the course manually.
Free generation
Creates a course from scratch based on a written description provided by you, without the need to upload any document. AI generates the structure and content based on your instructions.
On the main screen for this option, you will find:
Course language: select the language in which the entire project will be generated.
Prompt text box: write instructions for the artificial intelligence, indicating the main idea of your course and any relevant details. Write a prompt with a maximum of 500 characters.
This is the ideal option when you do not have any existing materials, want to create a course quickly, or are exploring new training ideas.
Initial proposal
Autopilot will generate a first proposal with the course structure. This structure includes sections and subsections that you can review and adapt to your needs.
The proposal generated by AI is a starting point: you have final control over the content.
You can delete or add sections, reorganize the content, and change the category of each slide according to the type of content. The available categories are: explain, list, compare, reinforce, explore, infographic, exercises, games, or role-play.
Templates
Once the structure has been defined, you can configure your course template design.
In this section, you will find all the templates available for your account, including corporate templates and those designed by isEazy Author.
From here, you can choose the template, select the style of AI-generated images, and define the color palette.
AI will suggest an image style that it will automatically adapt to the colors selected in the template. However, you can select any other style from those we have available.
Result
After making these adjustments, Autopilot will generate a complete project that you can edit.
Once creation is complete, you can access the project to review, edit, and customize any element: text, sections, design, interactive resources, or activities. The course will be ready to be adjusted to your needs and distributed.
