With IsEazy Author, you can generate the questions for your project’s Assessment in seconds using Artificial Intelligence based on your course content.
To automatically generate the questions for your Assessment, you first need to activate the Assessment by clicking the activation button located in the upper right corner of the tile. Keep in mind that you need to have at least one slide in your project before creating it.
When you activate the Assessment, you will see a card with the most relevant information about your evaluative content, and to edit it you must click the arrow to the right of that card.
Go to edit the questions of your Assessment; in the left menu, you will see the button to automatically generate the questionnaire texts via AI, as well as the option to create your own questions manually.
By clicking the “Add questions with AI” button, you will see a window with these options:
Source of the questions: you can select from the dropdown list whether to consider the content of the entire project or just some of its sections/subsections, if you have created any.
If you have introductory sections or sections with less relevant content, we recommend deselecting them in the list; this will help the AI create higher-quality content.
Number of questions: you can choose up to 99 questions for your assessment or for the question bank.
Click the Add questions with AI button and that’s it! Your assessment will be automatically created and ready to add to your course.
Once the questions are generated by AI, you can edit them and also delete any you wish. Additionally, you can create multiple-choice questions.
You can request new questions to be generated again, which will be added to the ones you already have in your Assessment without repeating, and/or add other questions manually.

Remember that…
Generative AI is capable of analyzing data or learning patterns to produce coherent and meaningful texts. Still, it is an AI with biases and limitations, and it can also provide incorrect information.
With very brief content or little relevant information, the quality of the questions will not be good.
For this reason, we recommend that L&D personnel review the content generated by AI to ensure quality.
