Creation
To create an avatar, you have two options for accessing AI Video: directly from the icon located at the bottom of the slide or through the Presenter button in the editor.
Once inside, select the Presenter video mode and choose the AI video option.
A pop-up window will open where you can select the avatar that best suits your style and your organization’s corporate identity.
Once you have selected your avatar’s visual appearance, click Next to access the voice configuration section.
You have different options: add the text to be narrated or upload an .mp3 audio file.
When you choose text to speech, you can enter the text you want your avatar to narrate, choose your preferred voice style, and select the language. Before finishing, you can test the voice to check how the text would sound with the selected settings.
To do this, click Generate voice and listen to a preview of how your avatar would narrate the content.
If you choose to upload an audio file, you can play it to confirm that the audio is correct.
Once you have configured your avatar, everything will be ready for you to click the Create your video button and generate your presenter.
You can also add subtitles and choose the style you prefer for your avatar video, adapting it to your content’s needs and making it easier to understand and more accessible.
You can also customize the video background according to your needs: choose a color, apply a gradient, or leave it transparent so that the avatar integrates directly into the slide.
If you want the avatar to appear with a transparent background on the slide, set the “Opacity” value to 0.
⚠️If you have set the opacity to 0 and the video background is still not transparent, check that the file is in WEBM format and not MP4, as the latter does not support transparency in the same way in this case.
